An email flow is an automated sequence of emails that trigger upon users' actions. Let's say a customer added a product to their cart, but something happened to distract them and they didn't complete the purchase. A flow allows us to send a reminder directly to their inbox in a timely manner.

By not having your email flows set up and automated, you're missing out on a lot of money for your business.

This purchase covers three(3) email flows of 3-5 emails per flow. This covers the design, copy, and build out of the flow.

Please note, this email flow will not grow your email list, we suggest creating a lead magnet to assist with that. This flow will help automate your correspondence with your current email audience and help to convert them to paying customers.

We suggest starting with a Welcome Email Flow, Abandoned Cart Email Flow, Winback Flow, an Acquisition Flow(You'll need a lead magnet for this), Post Purchase Flow, and/or a  VIP or Upsell/Cross-sell.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note all sale items are FINAL. No refunds will be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The hair can not have been worn, tampered with, or chemically altered in any way. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at help@aavyahair.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return q at help@aavyahair.com.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital products(vendors lists or courses), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@aavyahair.com.
All in stock orders will ship the same business day if placed Monday- Friday before 11 AM CST, excluding holidays and sale periods. Custom wigs have a 7-10 day processing time. Sale items have a separate processing time which is displayed on each individual product page.

We work with trusted shipping carriers, but recommend purchasing Route Package Protection to insure your package, as Aavya Hair not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. All orders with hair extensions require a signature for delivery.
