Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital products(vendors lists or courses), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). . All in stock orders will ship the same business day if placed Monday- Friday before 11 AM CST, excluding holidays and sale periods. Custom wigs have a 7-10 day processing time. Sale items have a separate processing time which is displayed on each individual product page.
We work with trusted shipping carriers, but recommend purchasing Route Package Protection to insure your package, as Aavya Hair not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. All orders with hair extensions require a signature for delivery.
