Please note, you will need a budget for ads if you decide to run ads, and a budget for influencer marketing, shooting content, etc. You will also need to pay for your product cost, money to register your business, etc.
You must complete all onboarding materials, sign the contract, and attend each 1 on 1 call to complete the launch of your business.
Payment plans are available through the site. All sales are final!
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Please note all sale items are FINAL. No refunds will be accepted.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The hair can not have been worn, tampered with, or chemically altered in any way. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital products(vendors lists, classes, or courses), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items, custom colors, custom wigs, etc.), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). These items can not be sold or returned for any reason. All sales for live and online classes are final sale. However you are able to reschedule one time to a new class date. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, classes, or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All in stock orders will ship the same business day if placed Monday- Friday before 11 AM CST, excluding holidays and sale periods. Custom wigs have a 7-10 day processing time. Sale items have a separate processing time which is displayed on each individual product page.
We work with trusted shipping carriers, but recommend purchasing Route Package Protection to insure your package, as Aavya Hair not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. All orders with hair extensions require a signature for delivery.
