Returns Policy

We want you to love your Aavya hair. Here's how returns and exchanges work.

Returnable

  • Unused, unopened bundles in original packaging
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery
  • All original tags and wefting intact
  • Accompanied by order number

Final Sale

  • Hair that has been installed, cut, or washed
  • Colored, lifted, or chemically treated hair
  • Opened bundles — even if not worn
  • Clearance and sale items marked final

Qualifying returns receive store credit within 3 business days of inspection. We only offer store credit. Original shipping is non-refundable. We do not offer refunds if you ordered the wrong pattern or texture or color. If you do not specify when ordering what you specifically are seeking(patterns, colors, textures etc.) we will not process a refund. We can do an exchange but all shipping fees will be your responsibility.

Please note in the case of a chargeback/dispute filed we will not continue to service clients moving forward. All further business will ceist and we will pursue all fraudulent chargebacks to the fullest extent of the law.

We do not accept refunds for sale items, classes, courses, 1on1 calls, custom items, or digital products. All sales are final!

How do I start a return?

Email hello@aavyahair.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you the address to have you return the hair. We do not cover return or exchange fees for shipping.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes — if the bundle is unused and in its original packaging, you can exchange for a different texture or length within 7 days. We do not cover shipping fees for exchanges.

What about damaged or wrong items?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo/video. Once we’ve received your hair and evaluated it. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement right away — no store credit deduction.
