What's your return policy?

Unused, unopened bundles are returnable within 14 days. Installed, washed, or colored hair is final sale.

How do I take care of raw hair?

Can I color or heat-style it?

Yes — raw hair takes color and heat well. Keep tools under 350°F and always use a licensed stylist for color.
